Lots of sidewalks, shaded with mature trees. It is a close 15 min drive to downtown Omaha and is pretty much centrally located, so that everything is just a short drive away.

The backyard is very large. It has a terraced section and a little gazebo thing (not quite a gazebo, but its definitely a thing 😃), where you can relax in private away from the hustle and bustle of the activities going on in the rest of the yard. With a new pool deck just completed this spring, this place is ready and waiting for you.

currently we are doing a rent by the room model in the house, and are interested in travelers who are here for mid-stays (14 days or more). We have had a mix of travel nurses, cable fiber engineers, and work crews stay with us in 2025 so far.

Set in Bellevue, Nebraska, this gem of a house is in the much desired Pilgrims Landing estate. It is close to Offutt Airforce base.

Have the whole house to yourself. Spread out. It has two living rooms, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The fully fenced in backyard is so huge that if you have pets, they will get well and tired just running around the place.
